CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY
Any claims to cancel a sale must be submitted on the “My Account” page within 12 hours after the order has been placed for processing.
Please submit a problem report to email@example.com.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of manufacturing are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reasons for Returns:
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturer’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer – Please contact email@example.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
